Our customer advisors and laboratories are also working for you between the holidays, but with a smaller team. Please note our limited availability on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve until 12.00 noon.
Please discuss projects that need to be processed between the holidays with your customer advisor in advance.

Pharmaceuticals business area

The microbiology laboratory and office will not be staffed from 24.12.2024 to 01.01.2025. No one will be on site on public holidays. Please bear this in mind when planning your sample shipment. If you have urgent projects between the holidays, please contact us promptly to plan the processing accordingly.

Microbiology

The regular sample processing for total bacterial count of water samples, endotoxin determination, hygiene samples, TAMC/TYMC and specified germs will be carried out in microbiology this year until December 18, 2024. After that, no weighing will take place over the Christmas week due to the processing times that cannot be adhered to during the holidays. The completion of the reports for the samples received by 18.12. is expected to take place in week 52.

Sterility testing

The last sterility tests this year will be carried out on 23.12. For all sterility samples that we receive from week 50 onwards, the reports will not be prepared until week 1 2025.

The preservation stress test can only be scheduled for week 47 at the latest. We kindly ask you to give us prompt advance notice.

Order control

Parcels will be accepted on 24.12.2024 until 12.00 noon and on 30.12.2024 regularly until approx. 3.00 pm. On 27.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 our order control is not staffed.

From 02.01.2025 we will be there for you again as usual.
