Sheath Ordinance: What will change for project developers, planners, clients, and contractors?
In July 2021, the Sheath Ordinance was promulgated in the Bundesanzeiger. For a long time, experts had to wait for a uniform federal regulations on the handling of mineral substitute building materials, the amendment of the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance and the amendments to the Landfill Ordinance and Commercial Waste Ordinance.
These changes will come into force on 1 August 2023.
