Securing our high quality requirements:
- Our testing and services consistently provide quality which corresponds to regulatory requirements and customer demands.
- Continuous compliance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 ensures high-quality testing and leads to constant improvements to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- We ensure that all our employees are skilled and qualified in the services they provide. All of our employees are familiar with the quality assurance documentation and implement the guidelines and procedures in their work.
- Compliance with all legal and further quality requirements form the foundation of the work carried out in our company.
Accreditation
Testing laboratory accredited by DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. The accreditation only applies to the scope of accreditation listed in the certificate attachment [D-PL-14162-01-00].

Europe-wide accreditation validity
The EA (European Accreditation) is an association of national accreditation bodies in Europe which are officially recognised by their national governments. They evaluate and verify the international standards of organisations which perform evaluation services such as certification, auditing, inspections, checks and calibration.
Membership of the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) [Germany's National Accreditation Body] in the EA means that our accreditation is recognised on a European level. This recognition on a European level reinforces our customers’ confidence in the competence, independence and impartiality of our tests.
International accreditation validity
Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) membership of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) means that our accreditation is internationally recognised. Notifications/Approvals
Our labs are notified for testing in the environmental areas of waste, soil/contaminated sites and water. You can find an overview of our notifications in the ReSyMeSa research system ReSyMeSa.
Our labs are approved across Germany as drinking water test centres. They fulfil the requirements according to Section 40 as per the amendment to the Trinkwasserverordnung [German Drinking Water Ordinance] (TrinkwV) dated 20th June 2023. Certification, approval and recognition
Our integrated QSHE management system is certified in accordance with the applicable standards, thereby combining quality assurance (Q), safety (S), health (H) and environment (E). You can download the certificates of our certifications, approvals und recognitions on this page.
The units of WESSLING GmbH that have been certified according to ISO 9001 & 14001 so far will be spun off from the company as of March 1, 2023 and transferred to a new company. For the units remaining in WESSLING GmbH a certification is not planned.
For this reason, the 9001 & 14001 certificates for WESSLING GmbH will no longer be renewed.
