WESSLING updates its active substance range

Taking into account the latest developments in the use of crop protection products, both in analysis and in legal requirements, we are continuously updating our active substance range. Our current range of active substances, which we analyse by using multi-methods, is therefore available for our customers.

What is new?

Matrin is an active substance used in parts of Asia as an insecticide and nematicide for fruit and vegetables. In the EU, however, the use of Matrin is not approved. Recently, Matrin has been included in the matrices of the Active Substance List 2 (LC) for fruit and vegetables.

The file also contains information on how to state the uncertainty of measurement and how to deal with findings in the vicinity of maximum limits.

We are working according to the latest state of the art, i.e. in accordance with the recently published document on the validation and analysis of plant protection products (SANTE/12682/2019). This is also confirmed in the new range of active substances.

WESSLING provides you with many other methods for analysing individual active substances, such as

  • Chlorpyrifos
  • Glyphosate / AMPA
  • Ethephon
  • Dodine
  • Chlormequat / mepiquat
  • Inorganic bromide
  • Chlorate / perchlorate or
  • Dithiocarbamate

Wir freuen uns, Sie bei der Qualitätssicherung Ihrer Lebensmittel zu unterstützen.
